Emerge Conference

I had a really, really great time yesterday.
Attended Emerge conference for the very first time organizes by City Harvest Church.
Would like to thank Joey for inviting us there. =D
The venue was at Sunway Convection Center and the hall is freakin’ huge!!!
There were lots and lots of people from many different colleges around Malaysia.
And yay! Many of us from TARC were there. The people I know who are from TARC who went there were my bro, Tommy, Daniel, Joey and I only . Haha!
Well, went there by bus.

After around 45 minutes (I think, I agak agak the time. Heh!), we had finally arrived.
And here it is!
Then met Olivia there. Was so happy to see her.
We hugged. Haha.
So, the hall!!! So huge ryte? =D

*Anyway, the pictures of the event were all taken from their website. Hehe. It’s so hard for me to take pictures there because it was so jammed packed and I don’t want to distract other people la. Haha!*

At 7.30pm, the event started.
Weee..!
Had worship first and the worship was incredibly awesome.
The songs were great, the worship team was amazing.
I love the worship leader’s voice. So power weh! Haha.
And of course, I love the worship. I can sense God’s presence and it was really strong.
I can just feel God’s peace. It was so overwhelming.

Then, after the worship, a group of dancer called ‘Ol Skool’ from Singapore came to perform.
They were all amazing! I enjoyed most was the guy who played with the ‘Chinese yoyo’.
OMG! He was extremely good at it weh.. =D

After the dance, a local Chinese artiste came to perform. Guess who?
Haha!
Danny Wan.
Didn’t know he is a Christian. If I’m not mistaken, he accepted Christ a year ago. At City Harvest Church. That was what he shared yesterday la. Heh! He sang two songs and he was really great.

And then, hehehehe….
A Taiwanese singer and also an actor came to perform. =D
Guess who again? xD
Will Liu Geng Hong, 刘畊宏.

If u guys did watched Kung Fu Dunk, then you may know who he is. In the movie he was an enemy of Jay Chou's character - specifically, as the captain of a basketball team that wins games with all sorts of foul play.

He sang two songs and his voice is super good.
He so fit weh. Look at his biceps and triceps. Ahahaha!!

His wife came too. So pretty la! Her name is Vivi, was Miss Taiwan.
*Wah bangga eh! We both have the same name. xP*
I was amazed and well, yes, inspired by him and his wife.
They are both devout Christians and they minster at campuses around Taiwan. They shared about themselves on how they minister to people. If I’m not mistaken again, they are cell group leaders of some Taiwanese models. Haha. So cool weh….

Well, after the performance. There was this like cheer leading competition.
I enjoyed it. They all did perform well. =D

After the competition and all, Rev. Kong from Singapore came to preach.
God’s word was really powerful and it really did impact me.
Indeed, after the whole event, I came out from the hall feeling refresh. I never felt like that before for a really long time. God did moved and touched me yesterday.

After the whole event while waiting for everyone to gather before heading to the bus, took some pictures. Haha. And then left the place around 12am.

Then while in the bus, I slept for almost one hour. =s
So tired.
We took two hours to arrived TARC mainly because of the jam. AAARGH! Midnight also ade traffic jam. Malaysia boleh loh! Not only because of the jam, the bus driver also.
Lost his way. Haha. He did so many wrong turns, went round and round and round Setapak area.

It was so near yet so far.

After the ‘lost’ bus driver had dropped us, we sent Dan and Tom home. And by that time, it was already 2.30am. My bro and I were so hungry because we never eat dinner. Haha.
So went to McDonalds. Really, first time eating McDonalds at 2.45am. =s Haha.
McDonalds never taste that good before cause too hungry already. HAHA!

And my fillet-o-fish. =P

Well, after eating, reached home around 3.20am.
And slept at 4.30am. Haha.

What a great day. =D

Decided to skip lectures tmr. =] So today was the last day of lectures for me for the first semester.

He really takes good care of his lil sista. =D
Though we do fight, argue often, which is so normal, we still get along well.
